Who is the good citizen ?
The good citizen is someone who likes to help others ,
respects them and their properties . He listens to them carefully and thinks
about what they say . The good citizen respects the environment , keeps it clean
and doesn’t damage it . He works hard to develop himself and his country . Also
, he helps poor people and who can’t help themselves .
What are the things that the good citizen do ?
There are many things can the citizen do to show his good citizenship . For example :
1- Volunteering .
2- Following the rules and laws .
3- Respecting the property of others .
4- Being a good neighbor .
5- Protecting the environment .
6- Respecting the rights of others .
7- knowing what happen around him in the world .
Example of a good citizen !
Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi from 1966 to 2004 and First President of the UAE from 1971 to 2004 .
Sheikh Zayed is a big example of good citizenship . As we know he listens carefully to others and he respects their opinions . Also, we know that he is always the first in helping others and feel of them . For example , Sheikh Zayed Cities in Egypt and Palastine , which are integrated cities in terms of the availability of all the facilities and services of housing, hospitals, schools, electricity and water. These cities were built to house the needy and the poor to assist them freely. Moreover, In Syria certainly Damascus Street was built at the expense of Sheikh Zayed .
Sheikh Zayed father of the nation , he always tells his people : "There is no glory without the glory of the country and its citizens. We have to be proud of our forefathers, who were able to face the harshness of life with a strong will and dedication to shape a better collective future ".

Finally, I think it's really important to be a good citizen because you must give back what the government provides , to reflect your country in good way , and to be a good role models for children .
